OUR APPLICATION IS OPEN WEEKLY
FROM THURSDAY 4PM - MONDAY 9AM.
Because funding is limited, we can only accept the first 25 applications.
Once we reach 25 applicants, the application will close and you will need to apply the following week. Case managers will reach out every Monday to schedule an intake appointment.
Please read our requirements for assistance including companies we are unable to help with, documents we will need in order to provide assistance, and class requirements.
All applications will be processed in the order they are received.
We have reached the maximum amount of applications, our application will open again Thursday, July 23rd at 4:00 pm.
All clients assisted will be required to attend up to 3 Enrichment Classes. Classes will take place at our office, failure to attend will result in AUM declining any future requests for assistance
UTILITY ASSISTANCE
We are unable to help with Constellation, Frontier, Payless Power or Flagship Energy.
RENTAL ASSISTANCE
At this time, we do not have funds for rental assistance.
Please have the following documents ready:
ID, copy of current bill(s), proof of income if you have income (SSI, Paystub, SNAP, etc..)

We screen for the city of Arlington's Minor Plumbing Program. You must be a homeowner and live in the home.
This program will focus exclusively on the repair of faucets, showers, toilets and other water leaks that do not occur inside walls or underground.

Our Love Your Neighbor Pantry is stocked by generous donations from churches, individuals and funds provided partners to help stock the pantry.
Our pantry focuses on helping families secure household items like laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries, hygiene items and other household needs.

During special times of the year, AUM provides seasonal programs giving extra support to families during their time of greatest need. Through generous group and individuals, AUM is able to provide families with food, gift certificates and holiday joy; something many would go without during a financial hardship.
